| Through the experience of my own healing, I began a journey of exploring anything that Spirit put before me. That journey began at QuietStar 9 years ago, where the relationship continues as the location of my practice. I don’t see myself as a healer, one must do that for one’s self. Mostly my practice is holding a safe container for someone to do their own healing. I provide sound, caring touch, and visual guidance. From my first introduction to Tom Kenyon, I fell in love with Sound Healing. I see illness as a "dis-chord" of frequencies. The right sounds, such as toning, crystal and metal bowls, and drumming can bring in harmony – mind, body and emotion. Sound is such a powerful tool for shifting blocked energies, yet non-intrusive. I've since completed the Sound Healing certification program offered by Jonathan Goldman. The greatest gift was learning how sound empowers intentions. My love and respect for the Hebrew Letters came from learning Harmonic Healing, a unique method of “tuning” energy fields into harmony pioneered by Deena Spear in Ithaca, NY. The use of Hebrew letters makes Harmonic Healing simple yet powerful and beautiful as well. Crystalline Consciousness Technique™, co-created by Gia Combs-Ramirez, is a way of empowering intentions by using sound infused sacred geometry. I have completed the advanced level of this training and intend to continue by completing the teacher's training. I also use channeling and hands-on vibrational healing, introduced to me by Elaina Geltner at QuietStar. I give classes and workshops in Sound and Harmonic Healing, as well as facilitating Sunday Circles and serving on the QuietStar Healing Team. My special ability is to experience any healing modality, and glean that which resonates with Truth for me through the path of Heart; integrating it into my own unique style of healing. |

see my 38 years of hairdressing as a stealth form of "Hands-on" healing
as well as Intuitive Counseling. Although I haven't always seen it this
way, it was my clients who showed me the healing benefits of caring
touch, listening, feeling heard, and seeing their own unique beauty. Now
retired from hairdressing, I continue my practice but in the medium of
energy healing.
