| Ever find yourself at a crossroads where you need to make a life altering decision? Or perhaps you just can’t decide what color to paint the kitchen. Sometimes decision making Here are a few simple steps that may help.
When you get a clear sense of what you are feeling physically and emotionally, pull the next paper. Do the same thing with each folded piece of paper noting with which one you experienced the most feelings of well-being. You may even need to narrow it down to 2 or 3 and start over again. The power of this exercise is in the physical and emotional bodies which do not lie, confuse or control. Your mind is out of the equation. You may be interrupted a few times by obsessive thinking; just thank your mind very much for its interest and explain that you just need stillness for these few moments. When you discover what is written in THE piece of paper, one of two things will happen: A flood of relief and a huge YES! will emerge, or You will know for sure that this is NOT the one!
